Steve Grushcow, Chief Executive OfficerSteve is responsible for the Edit.com mission - to deliver easy-to-start, easy-to-use website maintenance services to small and medium size businesses.
Prior to co-founding Edit.com, Steve co-founded Nylon Technology, a New York-based web development company, and managed the business for seven years. Before Nylon, he was the Director of Business Development at International Commerce Exchange Systems, a provider of online marketplaces for small and medium size businesses. Steve received both a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
David Ries, Chief Operating Officer
David is responsible for Edit.com's business operations including marketing and sales execution, service fulfillment, customer support and application development. He designed Edit.com's patent-pending technology and co-founded the company.
As consultant and developer, David spent four years solving business process and technology problems for enterprise clients. He learned to manage chaos while producing major musicals across the Midwest. David received a B.A. in History from Yale College.
Ted Finch, Marketing Channel Development
Ted is responsible for developing our marketing channels to reach and educate small businesses about our services. Over the last 22 years, Ted has been a vice president of marketing at GE, Motorola, Harcourt, Metrowerks, Goldmine, Virtus and a founder and VP at Technology Advancement Group (grew from 13 to over 4,000 people). Ted has been quoted in over 100 publications and spoken at dozens of high-tech marketing industry conferences.
James Gerson, Representative, Board of Managers
James Gerson is a private investor based in New York City. He is a board member of public and private companies and civic organizations, including American Power Conversion Corporation (APCC), Fuel Cell Energy, Inc. (FCEL), Zipcar, Evercel Inc. and the Flushing (Queens) Business Improvement District. Gerson was most recently employed by Fahnestock & Company (now Oppenheimer & Company) as vice president of merchant banking.
Gerald Gorman, Representative, Board of Advisors
Gerry is the CEO of World Ventures which focuses on developing premium Internet web properties around category leading domain names. Previously he was Chairman of EasyLink Services Corporation (EASY), a leader in business process outsourcing services for 400 of the Fortune Global 500 companies. He founded EasyLink in 1995 and took it public as Mail.com in 1999. Prior to Mail.com, he was a Managing Director in the investment banking division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) where he spent 12 years and founded Wall Street's leading Satellite Financing Group. Gorman has also held management positions at General Electric Capital Corporation, Utah International and ConZinc Rio Tinto.
